We offer several safe and easy ways to pay.

Payment methods

  • Cash on delivery: pay the courier when you receive your order.
  • Online payment: bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza) or mobile wallets through the licensed Paymob gateway (when available at checkout).

Prices

  • All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT.
  • Shipping is shown separately in the cart and at checkout. Shipping is free on all orders.
  • Prices and offers may change at any time; the price charged is the one at the time your order is confirmed.

Payment security

  • Your card details are entered directly on Paymob’s secure page. Adel Express never sees or stores card data.
  • The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
  • We will never ask for your card number, PIN or OTP by phone, chat or WhatsApp.

Failed or double payments

If a payment fails, nothing is charged and you can retry or choose cash on delivery. If you were charged and the order was not confirmed, contact us immediately with your order number and we will check with the payment gateway.
