Your satisfaction matters to us. You may exchange or return a product within 14 days of delivery, in line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, under the conditions below.

Conditions

  • The product is in its original, unused condition with all contents, accessories, manuals and gifts (if any).
  • The original box is intact, together with the invoice or order number.
  • Phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches and headphones whose factory seal has been opened or that have been activated can only be exchanged or returned for a manufacturing defect.
  • Installed appliances can be exchanged or returned for a manufacturing defect confirmed by the brand’s service center.

When we pay the shipping

  • The product arrived defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong or an incomplete product.

In these cases the exchange or return is completely free, and our courier Troos Global picks up the product from you.

Returns for personal reasons

If you change your mind and the product is sealed and in original condition, you can return it within 14 days; round-trip shipping fees are deducted from the refund.

How to return

  1. Contact customer service (details below) within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the reason and photos if defective.
  2. We review and reply within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, a Troos Global courier collects the product from your address.
  4. After inspection we exchange the product or refund you.

Refunds

  • Online payment (card or wallet): refunded to the same payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your bank.
  • Cash on delivery: refunded by transfer to a mobile wallet or bank account in your name within 7 business days after inspection.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before the order is handed to the courier, by calling or messaging customer service. After shipping, cancellation is handled as a return.
